My name is Tomas Persson, the founder of P&A Consultancy Services, established in 2017 following my completion of Phase X project for WSP in Qatar.

With a rich career spanning over 35 years, my expertise lies in Project, Construction, and Commercial Management, as well as Sales and Business Development, all with a specialized engineering focus in the electrical power and utility fields.

My specialization includes the successful technical and commercial management of multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. This encompasses:

• 13 years of Gulf experience

• 9 years in South East Asia

• 6 years in Africa

I have substantial experience in:

• Substation planning, design, and construction

• Overhead and underground transmission and distribution networks up to 500kV

• Concept design route/location planning and estimating

• Health and safety, environmental, and quality assurance systems

My international experience has been gained across various countries, including Sweden, Norway, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Romania, Peru, U.A.E, Laos, Ghana, Malaysia, and Qatar. I have managed contracts based on AMA, ABT04/06, and FIDIC (Plant and Design Build) standards.
