The Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy ("SCORE") is an initiative of the State Government of Sarawak, with the aim of developing available

natural resources to provide a basis for transforming Sarawak into a modern, high income economy, thereby creating greater employment opportunities for all Sarawakians across future generations.

The Employer is wholly-owned by the State Government of Sarawak and is responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity

to industrial and residential customers within Sarawak.

Scope of work by NorPower:

• Bintulu-2 275/(132/33) kV Substation.

• 275 kV GIS plant with 15 bays DBB as switchyard for new combined cycle power station at Tg.Kidurong (Bintulu).

• Sejingkat-Astana 132 kV Underground Cable Project.

• 10 km of double circuit underground 132 kV PEX cable connection for transfer of 140 MVA of power. Tasks include:

• Samalaju-II 275/132/33 kV Substation.

• 275 kV GIS plant w/28 bays DBB, 132 kV GIS plant w/13 bays DBB, 33 kV GIS plant w/18 bays DBB, transformers 2 x 240 MVA and 2 x 80

MVA.
